Dear Parents/Guardians,

Please be aware that students with registered Presto cards will have some changes to their security requirements for PRESTO accounts.  This change means that some PRESTO customers may need to create new, stronger passwords that must be at least 8 characters long and include a number and a mix of upper and lower case letters.  Security answers will have to be at least 4 characters long and customers must have 3 security questions.

Starting February 14, if your password or security answers do not meet the new requirements, you’ll be prompted to update this information when you log in to your account through the PRESTO website or app.  If you see the prompt, you will need to update your password and/or security questions before you can access your account.

Thank you,

Linda Meulenbroek, Acting Principal

Gr 7 Immunization Clinic - November 25-26

posted Nov 18, 2019, 7:24 AM by St. Matthew High School

Immunization packages are being sent home with our grade 7 students on Tuesday, November 19th.

On the day of the school clinic, your child should:
Eat a good breakfast.
Bring an extra juice or snack to school.
Wear short sleeves or a loose shirt so that the upper arm can be exposed easily, without undressing.
Bring the signed consent form to school.

Please note for safety, confidentiality and efficiency, we are not able to accommodate parents who wish to remain with their child during immunization in our school clinics. To discuss alternatives such as our daily Constellation clinic and evening catch-up clinics please call 613-PARENTS.

Grade 7’s who miss the Fall clinic will be able to receive their vaccines at the Spring clinic. If your grade 8 child missed a vaccine in grade 7, or if you have questions about the grade 7 vaccines please call Ottawa Public Health (OPHIC) at 613-580-6744 and ask to speak to a nurse.
